    Capture lead

    New lead enters with contact, location, and project type.

    Qualify & estimate

    Add acreage, attach maps, generate an estimate.

    Convert to job

    Approve the lead and convert it into an active job.

    Schedule & assign crew

    Place the job on the calendar and assign a crew.
